Re[2]: Error Codes Assistance

Dear : I m getting same error,C31:21, C31:22 or a C31:23.
But unable to find solution , If u have solution please share with me

  Hey I Really Need help Here
  I am using TRV 17 one day and the error appear C:31:22
  and I try to eject the battery and tape but the errror still appear
  can any one please help
  when I put a cleaning tape in it is the same error when I playback
  when I try to rewind the tape it will appear C:31:23
  but i put the new casette it has work 30-60second play.then repeat the same problem

    Buenas mi cámara de video de cassete Sonny Hi8 me da el error C:31:22 y no me deja grabar ni hacer nada que significa ese error y como se arregla muchas gracias
