Re[2]: JVC service or questions

hi my jvc gr-sxm330u is currently electronically locked up. It says unit in safe gaurd mode and its EO2. also its says to remove and reaattach battery. i tried the battery thing a couple times and have come up empty handed. i cant get my video tape out of the camera and i also can't filmor record anything else. What could i do....
