Hi
I have a TRV-24E SONY camcorder, and got this error C:31:30 after inserting a new tape. Couldn't get it out, finally reset the camera and now the camera won't close and take a new tape. Took out the battery, reset again, dried with a hair-dryer (thought it might be humidity) but still nothing.
Can you help me with it? Would truly apprecate it.
