Hi Stacy,

I have a Sony Camcorder TRV-120e which gives error C:31:22 fault; not sure what this error means. This is a refurbished camera from Ebay.

I tried putting in other tapes, cleaning etc AND the slapping thing with No result.

What can I do to clean or fix this?
