H. Akins - 17th Dec 2005 15:23

Hello..I happen to come across this site this morning..I don't know if this is the type of CODE that you are speaking of..but if you can tell me someting or refere me to someone id appreciate it.My problem is with the code to my cd player. The player was in the car when i bought it(six yrs. ago)I have taken the battery out a couple of times.I was flushing the system out and had to remove the battery holder(Sunday)I was told that i'd have to reenter the code.(which i've never had)Its a Eclipse ESN High powered cd reciever 5331. HELP if you can.THANKS Howard

There is no code to reset the ESN, you will need to correct cd to reactivate the head unit, if you do not have the correct cd (artist, sings,ECt) then you will need to send the head unit back to eclipse so they can reset it. It also said that if you are not the person listed on the regerstion then you might not get the unti back as this is the secearty network set up to keep people from steeling thier head units
