Re: Error Codes Assistance

Hope that you can help. Just checked the camcorder in preparation on Christmas and it is giving me an error C:32:11 when trying to remove tape. I hit the Eject button and it beeps and gives me the above message.

Let me know if you have any experience with this before I head off to a repair shop.
