Kirth, it seems as if your Jungle IC301 is sensing low emission from your CRT and is blanking your video. Sometimes increasing the Screen Voltage to the CRT will alleviate this problem but in your case it seems that a darker picture will allow the video to remain, so maybe try decreasing the Screen Voltage a bit. Whatever the case it certainly seems like your CRT is giving you problems.
