That's probably your "PROBLEM" go to the changer... you'll need something really thin..couple inches wide...7-8 long ..raise that top ..poke up/down SEE if a CD is HUNG UP remove it. put another CD into changer see if this helps.when you get the CD out insert another it should WORK or not WORK.
