Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC camcorder model no. GR-AX230U. the problem is it will only power on for a few seconds then shut down. I have plugged into the wall outlet because I thought i might have a battery problem but I still have the same problem. I can not eject the tape that is currently in it. can you help
