Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC GR-DVL9000 that won't eject the tape and shows an E03 message on the screan. This happened awhile ago and we bought a new one but that JVC GR-DVL9800 is now showing an E04. If you know anything about either of these problemes that would be great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  the same has just happened to me, im doing a pregnancy diary and filmed my hubby and dad building the nursery furniture only last week, today when i went to add some more of my thoughts to the tape all i got was EO3 flashing up and was unable to open the tape thingy to see what had happened.
  camera been kept in a protective bag and in the usual way (away from heat, sunlight damp etc)
  did you ever get a solution?
