Re: JVC service or questions

We have a JVC I'art Pro big screen that we bought from a friend, with no manual to go with it. We are experiencing blue and yellow and shadow picture on the left side of the screen and don't know how to correct it with the remote. We were going through the remote control options and got to the convergence screen and it showed some of the rectangular blocks being off, but we can't figure out how to correct the problem. Would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
