HELP! I am facing a $211 service charge! I have a Sony DCR-TRV350 that kind of died while I was watching it. The screen shows C:32:11 and the triangle flashing in the middle but my tape is stuck & it doesnt even make a noise trying to eject it. The Sony CSR just read off what it tells you on the website then quoted me $211 plus s/h for my problems to be over.

>stupid me< this is not the first one Ive had that has done this. The first one I paid $200 to repair & had to resend it 3 times because it never got fixed. Finally decided it was time for a new one...I though Sony was a good brand.
