Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC Digital Cam Recorder Model GR-DVF21U. I'm getting an error message EO4. The unit will turn on, but will not record or play. This happens with both battery power and the power cord. Can you help?

  Getting the same error message and will not record or play. Tried new tapes and still will not play or record.
