Re: JVC service or questions

My JVC compact system HX-Z30's CD components has been skipping--only the last few tracks and at various places on those perticular track(s){different parts maybe skipped when replayed}. I listen to the CD system almost every day for 60-90 min. at a time. What might be wrong and how much might I expect to pay if I chose to fix it? Thanks much for your assistance.
