Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC Model GR-DVL305U. It works great, but after I record I go to rewind the tape and it will eat the tape. I purchsed a clean tape and used it. but that did not help. After it eats the tape it will go into safe gaurd mode. But it will still eject the tape. Can you help.
