HI, try to convert the .amv file to 3gp format which lets u to open in almost all the mp4 medias.

Recently I bought one SONY MP4 Player the SONY MP4 player but only manage to download about five video clips into the player. I was wondering either the memory are full., but actually still a lot of space. Other question is, is the player can take 30 - 60 minutes movie? Because I had tried one but the message appear is "format error" Thanks AS.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this.The same thing happened to me.I brought a mp4 a chinese brand which costed me around $56,the sellers said I could view .avi files and mpeg4 files and inside the player there was an ice age clip as .avi which could be played but when I reached home and tryed downloading some .avi clips and whne I tried to run it it couldn't and showed the warning called "format error". If any one is trying to buy any chinese branded mp4,mp4 or any other divice tell them not to buy chinese brand.

I have a SONY MP4 player containing two drives. One is working and another doesn't because needs to format it. But when u format it, it comes a pop up message says 'not complete' Also it doesn't play videos. Please tel me what should I do.
