Re: JVC service or questions

I have a mini JVC digital video camera model no. GR-D22U Thats in E04 safeguard mode. It says eject and reinsert tape. The door opens but the tape compartment will not open to allow you to insert a tape. Can you give me instructions to fix this problem the camera has only been used a couple of times.
