Re: JVC service or questions

I bought a JVC DVD player 9 years ago. Model number XV-D2000 BK. Serial number 12301425.
This model only read DVD disc having a Region 3 or All code. Not like the new models nowadays wherein you can play any discs whatever code it has.
Can JVC convert my DVD player into a multi region code? Can JVC convert my DVD player to read & play any discs? Since I am in Philippines, can you guide me to which JVC office in Philippines can do such conversion?
