Re: JVC service or questions

I have a JVC GR-D30U and am trying to transfer video from the camera to my Windows XP laptop. I have tons of ram, lots of proccessor, but after i capture about 1 minute of video the software freezes. I am using Muvee and or Ulead video studio and both have this problem. Can you either reccomend what I am doing wrong, or tell me a better software to use.
