JVC service or questions

Dear Sir,

I have 29" JVC T.V Model # AV29PF8H, I am facing problem to set colors.
so now kindly tell me how i can set colors also tell me service code
that how i can set colors via service code. I have tried to get this
kind of information from net but not found.
