Re: JVC service or questions

I purchased a JVC flat screen model#LT37X776 (30" TV). TV has lines across vertically. It appears the screen was hit by a piece of cartoon that our son threw at it and since developed vertical lines across the right side upon impact. Our flat screen was purchased back in July at the Good Guys but as I have discovered today. The Good Guys are out of business. Please let me know what we can to do to fix if repairable. The manual steps in trouble shooting
are of no success.
