I get a moisture signal and beeps, but the tape will NOT eject. The tape access door will not snap open.
Sometimes the tape carrier will operate ok WITHOUT the tape installed, but when the tape is installed,
I get a moisture signal and the tape carrier will rise when opened but will not snap open for access to the tape.
