Re: JVC service or questions

Hi, I have a JVC GR-D20EK camcorder. When on (M)anual or (A)uto focus the viewfinder and LCD monitor are blank, nothing can be reorded. What seems to be the contrast icons are flashing on the monitor (yellow, looks like a picture of a mountain, two arrows and the top half of a body) and sometimes the lens cap warning flashes.

The monitor works on playback and I've done a cam reset in the menus.

Any ideas???
