There is a chance your charging circuit is not working on your camcorder and therefore not charging the batteries. You may wish to go to a local electronics store that sells JVC camcorders and see if they have a charged battery that you can try on the camcorder. If the battery works, then your charging circuit/fuse will need to be checked. If that does not work..then your camcorder rear unit will need to be checked to see if the connections for the batteries are broken or not allowing the batteries to power the camcorder. IF you need service thru JVC, contact (800) 252-5722. IF you have extended warranty thru your dealer...contact them first.
