Re[2]: Error Codes Assistance

Hi there did anyone get back to you about your error codes i get error f498 and f499. 498 won't open the draw and 499 won't play disc,can you help.

  I have the same problem err code on panasonic NV-VHD1B 498 draw wont open
  in fact dvd will not respond to anything - however it did work briefly after a 498 error code - then went again. Any help gratefully accepted.
