HELLO,
I HAVE A XL-MC2000 200 DISC PLAYER AMD I AM RECEIVING AN ERROR MESSAGE OF 13, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  Hello, I am having the same problem. error code 13. When i but a new disk in it will load but it won't read the disk. It will however shut down and I get the code. If I turn the power back on and don't change the disk it will play.
  Does yours do this??? If you find out anything please let me know
