Hello, I just had a 1999 JVC AV-36980 36" TV given to me because it would not turn on. I actually loaded it up to go to the TV repair shop when I thought to check the net for any tips. To make a long story short, I received a working 36" tv for about 15 minutes work and $2.00. Great Site. Thanks!
