Re: Error Codes Assistance

Oops... I think I posted this in the wrong part of the forum. Here it is again in the right place:

Yesterday I tested a Sony BVW-65 Betacam SP deck that I bought for work, and it won't accept any tapes (either size). It starts to grab the tape, then stops and displays "Error-20."

Does anyone know what this means? Is there anything I can do?
