Re[4]: JVC error codes assistance

i have a GR-DVF31U model that shows the eo4 code...........i recently recorded some valuable footage with a low battery then charged both batteries to play it back but got the e04 code..........what's up?

    j'ai un camescope jvc gr-dvx4 qui m'indique E04 sur l'écran et refuse de travailler;que puis-je faire?merci de me répondre.
