JVC service or questions--HX-D7 Power Down

First have your speaker wires checked for faults/shorts. That can cause the unit to power down if they are shorting out. If that does not work..then you need service or replacement if unit is not in warranty or very old.

  I am also having the same problem with this unit...it seems that many people are indeed having the same problem. What can be done. I usually only go with jvc for my audio needs because i feel they are far superior. what can i do about this?
