I've used my GRD30U regularly for over 3 years with no problem then all of a sudden CONDENSATION! So I feel I've gotten good use out of it, but I can't buy a new camcorder anytime soon.

Yep. Beating the holy hell out of the thing works. Next question, how many times will this do the trick before it goes titsup for good?
