Hello Stacy,

I have 3 sony and they all show the errow code and the tape get stuck inside. Also I was messing with the camera and got a message flashed that say Interval Tape. What do this mean.? By the way I sent the camera to Sony and they sent it back saying tape deck problem and set it back unrepair.
