Hi Stacy,
I was wondering if you could help me decipher an error code for a Sony
UVW-1800 Beta deck. The error code is "Error 02-874" If you could
shed some light on this or help me find someone who could, that'd be
great.

  02-874 is "T reel FG pulse cannot be detected". Problem with the takeup reel motor.
