Re: JVC service or questions

my JVC Mini DV camcorder keeps giving me "please eject and reinsert tape. unit in safeguard mode" errors. Everytime i load a tape into the camcorder it tries to load then i receive the message. it is fine for taking still images if there is no tape in it. but as soon as i put a tape in it i get that message. what can i do?
