Re: JVC service or questions

Hey.
I have a JVC gr-d72u camcorder that i got off ebay.
It was working perfectly for about 2 weeks after i received it.

Out of nowhere a message popped up on the lcd screen saying "condensation, operation paused. Please wait."

When this message is up on the screen i can't recorded, playback or press any button for that matter.

How can i fix my camera?

Also the serial number is 069V4468 if it helps.
