I Get this error code on my sony TRV11e dv camcorder C:31:30 The tape is stuck in the carrier and I can't get it out. It also makes a high speed wirring noise like it is rewinding rapidly. Sometimes it works if I press the reset button. Lately it's very frequent. Any suggestions?
