Hi. my name is steve am living in Tanzania East Africa. I have a dvd player model dvd-rv62 without a remote control.I got from friend of mine he come back from uk. when i plug the power it shows in main display F498 nothing is function like DVD door is not open i only clean nicely the lens but no any changes can yuo help please what to with this.
