I have a GR-D72U JVC digital video camera and I am currently having a few technical problems with it. When it is in the tape record mode, the display screen does not show the picture you are trying to record. It is clear and does not record the picture. All it does is record the sound, but not the picture. We are also having difficulty playing the tape on the TV. The pictures are a reddish-orange and blurry. This has only occurred with the last tape we have recorded on. All the previous tapes we have recorded on the picture and the sound play fine. So, I was wondering how to fix these issues. Where do I need to take my camera to get it fixed or looked at? Scott Flores
