Thanks a lot! I gave my Sony DSC-W5 camera a jolt on the bottom and that fixed the problem with the lens not retracting back. Thanks!

  Holy crap - it worked! I gave it a good tap on the BOTTOM of the camera and it now works like a charm! You've saved our family: we can take the Christmas card photo of the triplets now!
