Hi, I keep getting a "run-time" error 38 message in Media Player every time I do any kind of action. eg: select different song... Un-install re-install does not take care of it. I had to upgrade to Media Player 11 (which I hate) I then uninstalled 11 and set my "restore" setting to get 10 back. It worked for about a month, and now back. I did a root kit scan, and spy ware scan, all clean. Can you help me? Thanks ahead of time... Sincerly Blaze P.
