Re: SONY ORIGINAL PARTS

I have a Sony DCR-TRV25. I was cleaning the heads with a swab and head cleaner, when one of the rubber wheels next to the head popped off. After looking at it, it looks like it had been damaged before. The white plastic inside of it is cracked along the cylinder and has broken off from inside the wheel. I didn't touch it hard with the swab so I believe it was cracked before.

Anyway, do you know what part this is, and where I can order it?

When you open up the tape compartment, it is on the right side of the head, next to the rod with the white plastic. Actually now looking at it, it looks like it's the only one that's a rubber wheel.
