Hi. I have the error code c:31:23 on my camcorder. Every so often it is c:31:22 and when it started (right in the middle of our trip to Hawaii) it was c:31:24. Any idea what it might be and how I can fix it? I tried the old smack it a couple times method I read about online but it did not work for us. Our model is Sony 560x Digital Zoom Digital 8 Steadyshot Digital Effect DCR-TRV140 NTSC We are at a loss. Please help us if you can.
