Load a cassette into my Sony BVW-22 Betacam SP deck and the ERROR Code - OA or DA will come up on the display. Tape will eject. Turn the machine off, load the tape and the same Error code will come up every time. As I watch the tape load, I do see the mechanism pull the tape about 2" out of the tape shell, grind to a hault, try a second time, stop and up comes the Error code. Any help would be great.
