Re: JVC service or questions

We have the JVC digital video camera GR-D33U. The "lens cap on" message that has been mentioned in several postings is also happening to us. How do we clear this error?

  As likewise mentioned in numerous previous postings, "FULL" information on this can only be sent to a "DIRECT" e-mail address and "NOT" pasted into a reply box facility, which is the only option available when an e-mail address has been restricted.
