Re: JVC service or questions

I just got a JVC HD-56FC97 and love the picture... The problem is that there is no sound. When I bought it and plugged it in, it worked fine. Then we lifted it from the floor and put it on the stand. When I turned it back on, no sound. Do you know how to restore all of the factory settings - like it came out of the box?? Any other suggestions?
