Re: JVC service or questions

I have a jvc camcorder (model no. gz-mg21u). I'm living in europe and I use an adapter to charge my batteries. Unfortunately, my camcorder use to turn on only it wants to do so. The problem is that when I turn on the power I receive no reactions and I hear a sound like a "click" inside the camera. Sometimes after 5 or 10 clicking minutes the power is on and the camera work properly. I don't know if is the HDD or other component. Please advise me what to do.
