Model No is JVC GR-DVL520U

Playback is terrible with vertical bars and what looks like freeze framing on the screen.
I keep getting the CLEAN CASSETTE HEAD/INSERT CLEANING TAPE error message while recording. Several runs with the cleaning tape at 10 secs each made no difference.
