Re[3]: SONY C:13:01 ERROR

I have the same problem with my Sony CD Mavica 3.3 megapixel (MVC CD300) where I was taking pictures recently and one cd is telling me "Disk protect." I cannot finalise, format, or initialise the disk. Other disks work fine. There are also other photos that I know I have taken on the disk, but I cannot view or finalise them as "disk protect" comes up on the camera and my PC won't show the extra files. Does this mean the disk is full, and does anyone know how to unprotect the files I have not finalised?

  Did you ever get an answer from anyone about the protect issue? I have a disc that has protect on it that I can't access now. I can't even look at the pictures on my computer.
  
  If you found a solution, please share with me. I have pictures that I need desparately for work.
