not at all happy with them. i sent them a laptop and they told me 95 percent chance they could fix it. well they could not and charged me 49 plus shipping of 15 and took them 3 weeks to even look at it. they offed me a wopping 15 dollars for my computer. what a bunch of crooks. best wishes tom
