Re: Error Codes Assistance

I have a Chrysler Model 4882373 CD Player in my Dodge Durango. The error E-99 keeps coming up when I try to turn it on to play. I am not sure what I can do to fix it or if I should just take it to the dealership. The actual CD player I think has 10 discs and is in the back of my Truck. Can you help or should I take it to the dealership? Thanks.
